@srijan Otherwise known as a #TicklerFile, I believe. 🙂 But yes, perhaps the main idea behind #GTD #GettingThingsDone is to get things out of your mind and into a trusted system where you know for a fact that you'll see it again when it's relevant.

Sometimes it's just "until I process the inbox".

Other times it's "first convenient opportunity".

Yet other times it's at some known time in the future. (My calendar is full of such reminders; including things like #dogs vaccinations in two years.)
