@kentishfran The road to #totalitarianism is short! I was arrested as a video /photographic journalist at #Tienanmen Square in 1989 and was detained and tortured for 4 months by the PLA Armed Police. I hope to god the arrests in the UK do not lead to this sort of detention - mind you, I had witnessed the murder of civilians by the #PLA-AP but there should be no excuse for arrests of #journalists in the UK who are just doing their job!!!
