#Today my #MorningWalk took me out into the #fields of #OldnallEnd where the low #WinterSun even made the mud look lovely. This is Wall Field Meadow as per the 1839 #TitheMap

It’s #OnePlaceWednesday and I’m 2 weeks (ok, 8 years) into a #OnePlaceStudy of #OldnallEnd (now in #Berkswell and #BalsallCommon ) in #Warwickshire. For my first mini project, I’ve been identifying all the plots in the 1839 #TitheMap and entering them on this Google Maps layer, with notes & (from today) photos. It’s a bit rough, but it’s starting to look like something! Any advice more than welcome :)

Unexpected #OnePlaceStudy encounter! Last night, playing in a Christmas concert at #StNicholasWarwick I glanced across and saw this memorial to Thomas Cattell, Rector of #Berkswell. He appears on the 1839 #TitheMap as occupier of many #OldnallEnd fields. #OnePlaceStudies follow you everywhere!!!
