If I'm staying up later than usual, #Lena will usually get tired of #waiting and put herself to bed and wait for #toast in her #cage. [1]
[1] I generally close her up in her (large, roomy, and *carpeted*) cage at night so she doesn't #burn the #house down...

Lazy night. I was daring to dream my avocado would be perfect for some toast — & it was!
It’s sourdough I baked before bed last night, 20% wheat.
It is a “thank god I don’t have friends here” level of garlic. Immune system, GO!
I use just tomato, garlic, salt, and a lot of olive oil.
One of the sexiest, leanest men I’ve ever met (Split, Croatia) — think Jude Law circa Ripley — told me his family of four ate 70L of olive oil a year & didn’t count it as a fat, so hey. #toast #avocado #cooking
