I didn't do an #introduction initially but now I'm getting a feel for this place and feel like I'll probably hang around, I guess I should!
I do not know what y'all might want to know so this is long, sorry!

For work, I mostly develop web apps and the occasional windows application using C#, HTML & CSS, Javascript/Typescript Basic SQL and little PHP.

I am a single parent to my accidentally adopted daughter who has recently become a technical adult (still a fair way to go practically though!). She's on the #autistic spectrum (diagnosed) and I am fairly sure I am too (undiagnosed).
I am best described not as "Mum" or "Dad" but rather, "Mad".

We have 2 #PetRats, photos of whom most of my toots will be, but I try to remember to mark those photos as sensitive in case of peeps with phobias. Do let me know if this is inappropriate and I'll quit it.

I like #Gardening, especially Succulents & Edibles, and will likely post photos of plants, cactai & produce but not many flowers.

I love reading, especially #Fantasy & #SciFi, my fave things to watch also fall within those genres but I don't do a lot of TV/Movie watching mostly because...
I like #Gaming, survival & open world games, good stealth FPS like #TomClancy. Also #VirtualReality #Quest2

I have #spiritual beliefs, with no religious affiliation. Pet rats really enjoy my #Reiki hands! I am creative and a bit of a #JOAT (Jack/Joan Of All Trades) in that I know how to do a little bit of a lot of things.
Also, music is good.

È arrivata la terza stagione di Jack Ryan, personaggio nato dalla penna di Tom Clancy. Ed è un peccato che non se ne parli abbastanza, è una serie molto solida.

Se vi piacciono i thriller politici e le spy story con pizzico di azione fatta bene, ma sempre nei confini della verosimiglianza, questa è la serie che fa per voi.

I've started watching #TomClancy #JackRyan #TVSeries. I loved all the books so I was really hoping I would like the show.

I ended up #BingeWatching the entire first season. I'll start season 2 tomorrow night.

I really like it. It's action-packed and has the same dry humor that I expect of Jack Ryan. It's kind of nice to see a prequel to his more exciting days.

Watching Hunt For Red October for the millionth time. Love this book and movie. I read the book at least once a year and watch the movie at least once a month.

E' stato solo il primo episodio di una lunga saga tutt'ora attiva che ha fatto nascere il personaggio di #SierraSix da cui ho umilmente tratto il mio nome su questa piattaforma, @sierrasix.

Il primo di questi è stato Mark Greaney, che a nome di Clancy ha scritto sette episodi della saga (solo sei tradotti in italiano), dal 2011 al 2016.
Ed è con Mark Greaney che entra in gioco la mia esperienza.

Il genere di lettura che mi ha appassionato in questi ultimi mesi è il Techno Thriller per il quale uno degli autori più famosi è Tom Clancy, si, quello di "Caccia a Ottobre Rosso".
Il buon Toma ha scritto tanti romanzi, e ad un certo punto della sua produzione ha incanalato le storie nella saga del personaggio Jack Ryan, l'agente segreto americano diventato successivamente il presidente degli Stati Uniti.
