All the varieties were grown at the University of Missouri's Jefferson Farm, which will host the event Thursday afternoon from 4 to 7.

With my #tomato haul and some travel coming up I needed to make some sauce and freeze it stat. I used the Marcella Shazam sauce recipe from @nytcooking. I used my fresh #tomatoes instead of canned, and of course vegan butter. I’ve always made tomato sauce with olive oil, and true to the description butter adds a real richness. I’m going to freeze this and have a luscious taste of summer this fall 🍅❤️ #vegan #whatveganseat #VegansOfMastodon #gardening #tomatoseason

I don't why people are so surprised at how much #sugar is in #ketchup. It's the second #ingredient listed after #tomato concentrate. It's also noticeably sweet AF. Ketchup is basically tomato, sugar, and water.
