In #HongKong, 19 year-old pro-#democracy and #civicrights activist #TonyChung has been sentenced to four months in jail for unlawful assembly and for insulting #China's national flag.

Under the #RuleOfLaw, a new law cannot be used retrospectively - but who cares about such details in an authoritarian state, right?

Frankly I'd wipe my arse with that bloody flag as it represents a highly oppressive authoritarian system and the #CCP's rule, NOT the people of China.
