Rehearsals for our touring theatre production of Les Miserables: Last night, we were working on the barricade scenes, specifically on getting the sound cues lined up with the actors and the live shots fired on stage. The revolutionaries, led by Enjolras are absolutely rocking!

At our rehearsal venue early today- we always clean the downstairs part of the community centre ina Wednesday, and here is Rich checking over the guns for the act 2 revolution scenes. We use cap guns which have been made in the style of antique flintlocks. Over the years the mechanisms can get a bit worn so they all need a check over and test firing

We had a wonderful read through to launch our theatre production of Les Miserables: The Memoirs of Jean Valjean. This show features a super cast from across the area, those who have performed with us before, and brand new faces, side by side. It is an absolute delight to work with all these amazing people

Right! Rich Sandford and I had The South Devon Players Theatre & Film Company, Brixham stall in the market today and there was tons of epic feedback from people coming up to us and saying how good Beowulf was at Brixham Theatre earlier this month.
I am a most happy bunbun.
Not a lot of cash raised but lots of interest in seeing shows and getting involved which is also awesome, so it’s all fab in the end.
