I'm on my 6th train of the day, another Regional from #Cartagena to #Murcia (stoping at #TorrePacheco and #Balsicas). Here you have some interesting stuff I've found at Cartagena Renfe station: An old document from the #MZA Company and a geographical 3D map of the region. The last one is very old, it has the rail link Murcia~Almería and also the line of #Torrevieja (both closed and destroyed, but a new HSR connection with #Almería is being made for the Mediterranean Corridor).

We've been to many ports and harbours over the last couple years, but this is the first docked submarine we've seen! :)

It's part of a floating museum, which unfortunately appears to be closed for renovations.

We did go inside the nuclear submarine in Cherbourg, but that was sitting on dry land and missing the reactor room and ICBMs.

Docked in Torrevieja, city of salt. Knackered! Sorted the paperwork, got access cards, wifi passwords, water & shorepower.

Two nights here, so tomorrow we can do some laundry, little provisioning and hopefully visit the salt mountain where a lot of Europe's seasalt is harvested. Including the pink stuff (pfft, Himalayan, right).

The marina office had a salty ship!

Sabíamos que la multinacional encargada de gestionar el departamento de #salud de #Torrevieja no lo iba a poner fácil. Por ello la seguridad jurídica es una de las razones por la que siempre hemos defendido el modelo de reversión seguido en #Alzira.
