As Hegel said a Real Ground unites a set of characterstics,properties,claims etc.Of them a mean spontaneous aggregate is arrived at...e.g an official got a job of a number of qualities/observations,he might be skilled,handsome,more connected etc.Though the Ground could informally differentiate the properties but it couldnt make its own decision,it could lay bare peoples opinions,preferments,grudges.Apart from a handful of qualified #ToryMPs,the rest are chancers,just right at Sunaks time,fakes!!
