The nice thing about being in the EU was that you knew that in various areas of policy decisions were being made thoughtfully and with a lot of consultation.

The areas that the UK retained control over such as policing, education, health and the economy were an evolving shambles.

Now we have left the EU the government has so many more areas they can mess up.
