Municipal Kensington & Chelsea:
The Town Hall and neighbouring Central Library. The Town Hall - brick and brutalism - was designed by Basil Spence and officially opened in 1977. The Central Library was designed by Vincent Harris and opened in 1960, clearly eschewing the more fashionable architectural styles of that era!

One of my ambitions is to visit Hilversum Town Hall in the Netherlands. Willem Dudok’s modernist design was an inspiration for a number of town halls in the UK, most obviously Hornsey and Greenwich, but (sans tower) Wembley as well. Who is up for a trip?

As I am still on an extended #introduction: if Town Halls and Civic Centres are your thing, here are three things I have written which may be of interest...
First, Hackney Town Hall, which has been beautifully restored: https://lccmunicipal.com/2018/06/12/as-good-as-new-hackney-town-hall/
Second, Hounslow Civic Centre, which has been sadly demolished:

Finally, neither restored nor completely demolished, the former Camberwell Town Hall:
