So I'm trying to find #documentation on a (possibly legacy?) #USPS #Tracking code format - it's a 34 digit barcode with a 22 digit human readable part, the first 12 digits appearing only in the barcode:
'420'(3d) + "ZIP+4"(9d) + '92020'(5d) + "SenderID"(9d) + "Unique Sequence"(7d) + "Sequence Checksum"(1d)

I cannot find anything that documents this format, particularly allowing 92020 in the middle. Does anyone know what this is or where it's documented? Boosts welcomed!
