This simple kitten drawing from Sept 2022 was my return to art after years of inactivity. I used cheap oil pastels on kids construction paper.
It’s cute, but I know I have a ways to go before I get too excited to share. I see this as the important beginning steps of this journey that I hope to continue. Got to start somewhere!

I drew this after doing open eye #meditation whilst listening to binaural beats. The idea is that you are in pitch black with your eyes open and your brain gives you stuff to look at, kind of like an hallucination without any drugs. It's fun to experiment with.
