Listening to an episode of #WheelsuckersPodcast and I wanted to highlight a quote by Christina Torres of Cyclista Zine, and point this specifically at #BritishCycling supporting Pride but then excluding #TransAthletes from competition.

"Displays of allyship have their place but are ultimately performative when they don't result in action. When they don't exist without reparations and ongoing support for the communities they are claiming to ally with."

Trans and NB athletes still aren't able to obtain a new race licence although if they still have one they can use it and the organiser can report this to BC Compliance team if they have "concerns".

They have been silent on this for 7 months although have just emailed me.
