🧵 I can't do their healing for them, and the emotional pain and religious trauma they have put me through is the most painful thing I have had happen to me in my entire life.

I spent my entire childhood (after I buried my #transness deep at 4 years old) trying to figure out why I was so broken and different than them. When I was 7 or 8, I found out what being adopted was, and I was so happy, because I finally had an answer.
