Door mijn ptss ben ik jarenlang ontzettend angstig geweest om bij m’n portiekdeur naar binnen te gaan, ik moest mijn omgeving steeds checken voor ik naar binnen durfde. Daarnet stond ik stil, deed zonder na te denken mijn Bluetooth oordopjes uit en deed de deur open met de sleutel. Binnen besefte ik pas was er was gebeurd. Ben trots. Heb hier heel pittige EMDR voor gehad. Zo blij dat ptss steeds minder mijn leven beheerst en bepaalt.
