How do you add emoji in #Tusky?
There is a button for custom emoji below the text input, but I cannot find the standard Unicode emoji drawer =(

Tusky app question: I know both instances I am on have a translation option for all toots and it works on the website (bugs from the tool itself aside). However, on Tusky nothing shows up and I can't find anything in the settings that looks related to this.

Can I activate it somewhere or is Tusky just not able to offer translation at this time?

Also, I typed this toot last night, but scheduled it to send this morning. On the toolbar to the left of the blue toot button and character counter, tap the clock icon, then set the date and time for your toot to be sent.

Very handy #features!

One cool feature of the official Mastodon app is it allows you to easily copy a user's handle, which can be really handy.

That said, I use #Tusky with several handles across respective instances.

Installed #Tusky and I'm not seeing the hashtags I'm following anywhere on the app. Is there a setting that I'm missing? I know about the "add" icon in the UR corner, however it would good to drop hashtags that I'm no longer interested in.🤔👍😉

There are some interesting updates coming in #Tusky Android app, judging by beta release notes.

– follow hashtags (hooray!), and looks like a support for Mastodon 4.0+;
– instance rules shown during login, apparently to comply with Play Store rules (???);
– option to show full username in the main toolbar and while posting (nice feature for multi account holders)

All in all, looks much better than official client.

I've been so busy figuring things out that I missed this completely.

#Tusky lets you adjust post text size under Preferences. You have five sizes. I found dropping one size made an immense difference in readability. It also makes the toot composition panel effectively wider as there are more characters per line.

It is *much* easier to both compose and proofread.

Also scroll your feeds because each toot card is smaller.
