Um, what is this shit? You all keep saying "Mastodon is great. Not complicated at all!" But to follow well-known Black commentators like Jelani Cobb, it's bad enough I can't just search for their name. I have to find their entire profile link, and when I do their profile is inexplicably hidden. (Sure, I can ignore the warning, but wow this is a shitty look).

With Twitter taking even more negative turns, I've become more determined to close my account there.

But, I have Tweets of mine I would like to preserve, and thought I could rewrite them (thankfully, I don't have too many) and place them in a #DigitalGarden of sorts.

It wouldn't abide by the usual terms of a Digital Garden (https://nesslabs.com/digital-garden-set-up), but the idea of having short bursts of text interlinked together might create a nice place to collect my thoughts on being #ActuallyAutistic and learning more about myself.

Curious what other people closing their Twitter accounts are thinking about doing with their Tweets?
