Before criticizing #TwitterBlue I have decided to subscribe for a month to see how it works. After a few days of testing it, I don't see any significant difference from the free #twitter

All the negative qualities are the same. The propagation is the same, there is no greater view of the tweets and honestly it is tedious to see that little blue star next to my name. The only benefit is that you can write longer tweets and it allows you to modify the fonts, use bold, italics, etc. I get that just $8 a month isn't a terrible expense, but I honestly don't think it's worth it. If I had to decide today, I would not continue with the service. We'll see if anything changes before the end of the month. Perhaps, I will be able to without a doubt corroborate that #TwitterIsDead

The communities that are a life line for those going through hard times? I will never forgive this.
The dementia groups were amazing and so helpful as I went through the journey with both my parents.
The friends and groups who support us as we struggle with mental health, disability, sickness and loneliness. Gone!
