Damnit.
Out of curiosity I signed up on Twitter with Google authentification, and immediately after I tried to deactivate the account. Can't do!
To deactivate you need a password, but when signing up with Google there is no password. Adding a password requires a verification code sent to the email address. But the verification email never gets sent!! (or at least it never reaches my inbox, and yes I checked my spam)
