This has been a very strange storm at #ForkedMeadow #California so far. Overnight it was mostly cold rain with the nearby #KUP Upper Providence Creek weather station that #UCMerced maintains registering more than 2" of precipitation in the last 12 hours. Now the temperature is down to 28f and falling, and snowing. Overnight there were wind gusts to 36.5mph which is incredibly strong for the protected meadow. Power went out twice but luckily the backup generator came on. #WeatherObservations
