Despite this article saying "diversity it's good for profitability", the sector needs to address its unconscious bias! Add your story of sexism to my blog to show that it is an issue!

Interesting article (for me anyway!) from earlier this week that had a couple of cool insights from Dealroom on the UK's tech industry:

💷 UK tech companies raised £24bn this year (which takes the total over the last five years to £97bn!)

💷 The UK's tech industry is now worth $1trn (only the US and China had already met this milestone)
