Absurdity: the russian federation will hold the presidency of the #UN Security Council in April.
The presidency of the #UNSC is held by each of the members in turn for one month. The russian federation is scheduled to chair the UNSC next month.

Russia must be expelled from the UN Security Council and replaced by Kazakhstan.

Russia occupied the seat after the fall of the Soviet Union, despite the fact that the last Republic to secede was Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan has made great strides towards liberalization following the tenure of Nazarbayev, and is becoming an increasingly more important figure in geopolitics and the global economy.
