#KnowledgeShare #Patent enthusiasts will be aware that the Unified Patent Court is due to commence operations in April 2023.

The #UPC is a single patent court for EU Member States and is pretty big news in the patent community. In another step towards its opening the UPC website went live this week and includes interactive map, FAQs, court structure and underlying documents as well as a news feed.

Co-organized by @FODEconomie, the @EPOorg and the @EU_Commission this conference "The Unitary Patent system – A Game Changer for Innovation in Europe" will introduce the #UnitaryPatent system from different perspectives.
