On my estate, there are 4 blocks of flats.
One of them constantly has overflowing bins, with rubbish regularly thrown into the recycling. This, I can see from my window. Spoke to a neighbour earlier. She said that she actually had a rummage in their bins to see what people had been throwing out. Did she cross a line? #UKPeople #HumanBehaviour
