Why did Clendaniel think a power outage would "completely destroy" #Baltimore? It could just be an expression, but I suspect that she thinks that the city, and possibly any city with a large Black population, is on the verge of a #RaceWar. This idea seems to be a common fallacy on the part of #UltraRight extremists.

Five people have been charged in a second #UltraRight "#coup attempt" in #Germany. Scare quotes because I hesitate to call something an "attempt" if it has no chance of succeeding. If I pray for your death, is that attempted murder?

These "attempts" appear to be driven by the same fallacy that drives the substation attackers in the US: the belief that the country is on the verge of #CivilWar and all the attackers have to do is increase the level of chaos somewhat to start it.
