LibraryThing has a cool little feature that shows you, once you've catalogued your books, how tall they would be if stacked. My family's collection (in black) is apparently taller than even the tallest stone structure ever made (the Washington Monument)!

I'm looking into fighting book bans locally. I found out the American Library Association started "Unite Against Book Bans" last year (https://uniteagainstbookbans.org/)
I urge everyone to go there and add themselves to the member list.
I'm going to look into my local government to make sure they don't allow book bans in my town.
