It's an #UnpopularOpinion, I guess, but I miss open floorplan offices and I despise #WFH.

Going into work every day used to be a party. The energy was up. Laughter echoed over the bullpen. There was camaraderie and companionship. There was coffee and beer.

I don't understand; you want to be alone? You want to sit mutely in front of a glowing rectangle? You don't like to laugh? You don't like to turn around at an overheard comment and quip a retort?

You don't want this?

Die ganzen Personalbemessungsinstrumente in der #Pflege taugen überhaupt nicht,wenn der Bedarf eminenzbasiert bestimmt wird.
In keinem Instrument wird annähernd wissenschaftliche oder mindestens aktuelle Bedarfserhebung genutzt.

#UnpopularOpinion Auf lange Sicht kann die #EuropäischeUnion , gerade im Hinblick auf die Währung, Schulden, das #demokratiedefizit und Krisen nur funktionieren, wenn sie eine bundesstaatliche Ordnung aufbaut.
