Does anyone know of a simple way to pull Prometheus-compatible metrics into Home Assistant?

What I really want to do: I have #UptimeKuma running in a docker container next to HA Core and I'd like to display some/all of the metrics on my primary HA dashboard. I could do an iFrame embed but that doesn't look very good.

I have a restful regex scraper already for VyOS but it sure would be nice to just point something at a metrics endpoint and get sensors.

Nice! thanks for the pointer to Uptime Kuma. Checking it out now. I had not thought so much about home LAN monitoring, but sure enough it makes sense.

How does the #homelab clan alert out? Meaning that if your internet connection is down.. How do you know via phone or email? Is it one of those things like, welp I got one blind spot and that's part of the gig?

Today I got my MVP of kuma-controller done. It's a kubernetes controller that adds http monitors into Uptime Kuma. I've still got a ton of work to do, but this thing is super cool.
