"Shade Redux": Very timely episode of the "99 % Invisible" podcast about the much disputed Sombrita in Los Angeles (a shade screen for bus shelters introduced in May 2023). The episode touches on the inequality of urban design, cheese graters, and public health in the times of the climate crisis.

Playground in Parc de Belleville in Paris. It seemed to have massively changed since it was constructed by 'Base' - it's still is a great example of the use of topography to create a challenging playground.

School streets in Paris. Many streets in Paris have been converted into school streets. Only pedestrians and fire trucks are allowed in. Seems like a better school environment.
