There is an easy way for #China (or any country, for that matter) to negotiate the delivery of #Ukraine's occupied territory to #russia: for each region, the proposing country must automatically give away a disputed territory of theirs. For example, China would definitively give up Taiwan merely for suggesting #Luhansk, the #Uyghuristan for mentioning #Donetsk, and #HongKong for #Crimea, and so on. They'd stop making suggestions to appease war ciminals in no time at all.
