I am now able to write testbenches and simulate my #VHDL components using ghdl and inspecting the waveforms using gtkwave. 🥳

This is much faster than using Quartus Prime and modelsim.
Not necessarily more featured but I am making due for my relatively simple use cases.

At first I was quite frustrated by VHDL but I am really starting to enjoy it.
