Today is the last day of #TransAwarenessWeek, and tomorrow is #TDoR2022, where we'll be remembering our fallen siblings whose lives were snatched by #transphobia's oppression in 2022.

Prevention is far more effective than restitution or rehabilitation.

In 2020, I was invited by #Vacouver #Unitarians to talk about the situation faced by #Transgender people in the #workplace, and to answer wide-ranging questions about freedoms, bias, and accountability.
