Picked up a couple games for the long weekend and have been enjoying both so far.

Currently suffering a bit of Tetris Effect from #VampireSurvivors. Sort of a modernized rogue-lite version of RoboTron; good for short intense sessions.

I've been alternating between that and #DaveTheDiver, which is a much more relaxing and story-driven.

Played a bit of #HoloCure, and it looks like it could easily fill the void left by #VampireSurvivors. Fortunately, I think not being able to play on the phone will save me from getting ultra-addicted this time!

I finally got around to buying Vampire Survivors... it's a game I've had my eye on for a while, but I resisted getting it - probably because I knew how easily I could get hooked on it. And I was right. ^^

One thing I love about the game is that it's basically created a new genre. I don't think people even know what to call it yet. It's kind of a fusion of idle game, shooter, and roguelike, with the genius step of removing the fire button - the only thing you need to do is move, and if you've got enough firepower, sometimes you don't even need to do that.

The design of the game isn't that great, particularly visually - the interfaces are really ugly, and not even in a comfortable retro way. The whole game looks like it's waiting for a graphic designer to fix it. I also think it's got a few gameplay and pacing issues, with some things being unnecessarily far apart or transitions taking too long. But damn, the gameplay loop is so addictive it makes up for it.

This game is a time vampire. I probably play it for at least three hours every time I sit down (like right now...). The humor is really dumb but it's a fun twist on the Vampire Survivors formula by amassing minions to do your dirty work. Lots of classes, lots of minion combinations. Probably could use some better visual settings. #roguelike #vampiresurvivors #videogames

以前から300円台でできる神ゲーと評判だった『Vampire Survivors』Switch版が出たのを機にSwitchの安定性とフォントの最適化を信じてワンコイン弱と少しだけお高くはある（今セールで449円）けど購入。
コントロールキーだけで無限に遅いくる敵を回避&攻撃するだけのシンプルなゲームだけど、ゲームオーバーになってもゲーム中のコインで強化したりしてむっちゃ面白いです。
合わなくてもワンコインだけなので痛手も少ないですし、本当にオススメです。
