Last winter: 500 gallons of heating oil, 300 gallons of propane, 7 cords of firewood for the stove.

This winter with Vedolux 450: 5 cords of firewood for it and the stove combined.

Next winter with more insulation: aiming for 3 cords of firewood.

The #Vedolux 450 is pretty damn impressive, but its not a perfect solution, and its not for everyone. #WoodHeat = work.

All the trees were dead and within 1km oof my front door. I use an electric chainsaw and wood splitter.
