What a great weekend! Another fantastic and successful #VenomDay2022 with lots of great talks and catching up with old friends and making new ones. Followed by a great hike in Snowdonia National Park to blow away the hangover
As well as teaching and research, I (@Simon_Maddock) think it is critical to do #PublicEngagement and I regularly try to participate or organise as many events as possible. For example, I have just got back from a w/e organising #VenomDay2022 (see pic) which I have been organising since 2009 and I can't believe how many awesome #venom connoisseurs there are, including lotsssss of members of the general public! As usual, this year there were so many fascinating talks!
