Like even the sloppiest card issuer in the #EU will demand to #VideoID one in a call with ID cards that include one's legal adtess and require proper confirmation since even a debit card that isn't a severy limited prepaid one that can be barely recharged at all have to comply with #KYC, #AML and #DueDiligence.

I guess that's why neither #CashApp nor #Venmo are available outside the #USA: A #SSN is not an ID nor a legitimate way to verify someone.
