No one really wants to know this, but I just #rage-quit my #Deliveroo account. I ordered a #Taco-Bell meal of burrito, fries and Mountain Dew.

Didn't get the #MountainDew, asked for a refund.

They offered 50p.

They sell MD for £3.50.

Sure, I understand that as part of a meal deal that I may not get the full £3.50 back, but 33% of my order was incorrect and they refund about 5%.
Guys, learn something about customer service & experience.
