Agreement on investment facilitation for development will make policies more transparent and procedures more harmonised + efficient. Should lead to more investment, especially in developing countries. All #WTO members should now be on board to incorporate this in the rulebook.

We need concrete reform of #WTO by MC13. Some changes have to be fundamental, but there are also some quick wins. One of the ways to improve the functioning of the WTO is fairly simple: it would be members notifying all of their subsidies and doing so in time. @wto
