Really pleased that my everyday #binoculars (I also have a set of compacts that I take on non-#birding wanders so as to be prepared (yes, I was a cub)) are back from being repaired after I knocked them off a table and damaged them at #WWT Welney nature reserve. They’re as good as new, if not better, and with a free strap thrown in for good measure!
I’m really pleased, & appreciate the generosity, though it is a bit wasteful as I’ve a strap already that I took off when I posted them in.

I accidentally deleted the second half of my #Introduction so trying again-
"Occasional" pictures of #ducks sometimes days apart others several in a day. Mostly #mallards as they're most common locally and I mostly practice #LowCarbonBirding. I'm interested in #Ecology, #Birds, #Birdwatching, #Birding, #WildFowl

I saw a flamingo in the wild once...Well, when I say "wild", I mean it had escaped from a zoo in Suffolk. Does that count? 😉 I couldn't get this close, though...
