That was a fast lap 10 from Quinten Hermans who reduced the gap to van der Poel by 10secs to 26secs and dropped Tom Pidcock by 13secs. Bosmans at 1min16 in 4th. The positions look to have been solidified in the final lap of the men's #Waaslandcross. #cyclocross #cycling

Going into the penultimate lap of the men's #Waaslandcross, Quinten Hermans attacks to get rid of Tom Pidcock but the Briton fights back. The gap between the two is at 3 to 4secs. Van der Poel took 36secs into this lap. #cyclocross #cycling

The four leaders are keeping each other in check and the speed has dropped in lap 4. Adams and Baestaens (+15secs) have left Meisen and Stybar (+20secs) behind.

Van Alphen got onto the finish straight first but struggled to get into the pedals. From there Sanne Cant easily won the sprint and finally got her first win of the #cyclocross season. In lap 3, Aniek van Alphen moves into the lead for the first time in the women's #Waaslandcross. The two keep Blanka Vas at a distance while the Hungarian is being chased by Laura Verdonschot in the fight for 3rd place.
