The #WarwickUni Tri-Grid Challenge Term 3 is over! While we await the official results, we can exclusively reveal that CMCB Flyers took 6th place (725 pts) with IBR Labrats in 8th (446 pts). Sandwiched in between were Running Joke (664 pts).
It looks like our scientists took 1st and 2nd place in Running (Steve & Mohan), 1st place in Walking (Karuna) and 2nd place in Cycling (Andrew). Our highest scoring athlete was Anne (210 pts).
Congrats to everyone who got moving these last two weeks!

and if I convinced even one person who came by my poster that our cells’ endomembrane network is a fascinating self-organising system that is important to understand because it underpins a number of diseases with complex molecular pathophysiology, I’ll call that a #WarwickUni Postgrad Research Symposium success! #cellbiology
🧵Lots of inspiring science #WarwickUni over the last two days! ✨

A furious weekend of elite competition and our gladiators have emerged from the dust with several CMCBers currently in the top 3 places for running, cycling or walking. IBR Labrats are 9th and CMCB Flyers are in 7th less than 4 points behind Running Joke in 6th place.
It’s 🏃🏻♀️🚴♀️🏊♀️ time again. The Term 3 #WarwickUni Tri-Grid Challenge is in full swing. CMCB Flyers are in 6th place while IBR Labrats are in 10th. The front 4 teams are way ahead, but yet again the brave CMCB Flyers are pitted against the supreme talent of Running Joke. Everything to play for as we move into the mid-stages of this exciting gladatorial contest!
Big congrats to Nuria Ferrandiz @NFerrandiz who has won the #WarwickUni Medical School SEM Faculty Research Prize for her @JCellBiol paper 🎉
