I've played through #RedCandleGames' #Devotion a few days ago.
I've been putting it of, because their previous game Detention was already creepy as fuck. After it vanished from stores, it also vanished from my mind for a while.
Last October however, it was heavily recommended by #WatchOutForFireballs .
It's only 2-3h long and scary as all hell. It has some (good) jump scares, but its high points are the creepy atmosphere and story.
I can only extend the recommendation if you haven't played it.

After listening to the #WatchOutForFireballs episode about it, I decided to give #AnotherWorld another go and this time actually finished it.
I can see how one might beat the game in an hour, even with trial & error. It took me closer to 2,5h. I had trouble with the clunky controls and combat. Only close to the end did I grok how to defend and shoot successfully.
Without nostalgia, I find it hard to recommend, even though there are some really cool ideas in there.
