Decided to up my #Wattbike sessions from 60 - 75 minutes long. VO2 max increase which is always nice. Still, i hate VO2 max sessions ๐คฃ. plus the extra 15 minutes makes a difference ๐ฎโ๐จ๐. #TrainerRoad

I guess Iโm not the only one who looks forward to a training session/exercise the day before, only to make any excuse under the sun on the day not to do it! Sounds familiar?
My mindset has changed slightly over the last three or so weeks and for example, really didnโt feel like doing a #Wattbike session today but still got it done (and enjoyed the feeling last the end).

This couldn't have been an easy announcement to make!
I'd been grandfathered in to a favourable subscription fee. However, the way this has been presented is about as good as it can get and makes it more palatable to dig deeper into my pocket.

Re-joined #Zwift for the first time in well over a year and it was a tough #workout - I'm so used to #rowing workouts I'd forgotten what it was like to get back on a #wattbike
The #cycling will improve and the rides will increase. I do miss the group rides to keep you honest!! Love the new roads (what I saw!). Today's route was Bridges and Boardwalks in Urakazi.

@julesberry Just started with Mastodon and #zwift. Trying to get an accurate Z2 workout this afternoon as yesterday's was too easy = too low a HR. Need to find a comfier seat for my #Wattbike as well, the current one is far too hurty after an hour :D
