Emailing my medical team for updated protocols in the event of another COVID infection to reduce the risk of additional Long COVID complications because the lack of precaution that’s now normal means I can’t avoid exposure even in my own home again and have to be prepared.

My first case damaged my heart, nervous system, endocrine systems, and cognition.

My second case impacted my lung function.

I've spent so much time masking up and social distancing that I get a little frustrated with the folks that have moved on and who are putting themselves in harms way. And I mean the ones that have stopped masking and who are going to large group gatherings.

Every anti-vaxxer should be a clean air advocate. Saw the argument that "the Black Plague disappeared without a vaccine". This is misleading as it is still in existence, it just doesn't spread like it did because we figured out how it spreads, and then made the proper changes.

We know how #COVID spreads, #COVIDisAirborne, so if we clean the air via #HEPA and #UVC, and #WearAMask, we stop spreading it –and that means those who don't want to get vaccinated will be more protected.
