My youngest needs new #WeightedBlanket as he has grown too long for the current size (125cm). Only thing is, a new one can’t weight more than 23kg due to his weight. Anyone know of any 150cm length weighted blankets with a 23kg weight? Googling not finding anything at the moment.

I did a bit of tidying up of our garden's water features #today. It felt quite warm in the sun and Spring is definitely in the air.

Also, I bought a #WeightedBlanket in the hopes that it will help with my #anxiety and various aches and pains, and of course, help me get a good night's sleep.

Have you any experience of weighted blankets or similar? They're supposed to help.

I haven't tried but I'm seriously considering it. I don't want to waste my money on something that is a fad.

Been trying out a #weightedblanket on my bed for the last two nights and, honestly, I've slept better than I have for years. I think it stops me tossing and turning - it's a strange experience to wake up in the same position I went to sleep in.

Also, because it is so heavy, making the bed is rather good exercise. Much needed!
