Am Montag stellt die Polizei fest, dass in #Wendelstein (Lkrs #Roth) ein Wahlplakat durch Anbringen rechter Parolen beschädigt wurde. Demnach sind mehrere Hakenkreuze, die Zahl „88“ sowie das Wort „Hitler“ eingeritzt worden. Die Kripo #Schwabach ermittelt. https://www.polizei.bayern.de/aktuelles/pressemitteilungen/047843/index.html

We're no longer at the #Wendelstein, but have started strong into the #CERN Internship!
One month in and 1 small PCB designed, now programming a smol 8051-based power supply voltage monitor for the Quench Detection power supply. That old series of chips quite rad-tolerant, which is why it's still used!
Found an LED on it that's now blinking. They made a mistake giving us flashy lights :3

Ich hege langsam die Hoffnung das wir doch zu meinen Lebzeiten noch saubere #Energie bekommen.
Man stelle sich mal vor was das für die Menscheit bedeutet. Energie und Wärme im Überfluss ohne schädliche Emissionen.

Mit dem neuen zeitlichen und energetischen #Rekord von 1,3 Gigajoule Energieumsatz und Entladung über mehr 480 Sekunden ist der Nachweis für die mögliche Stabilität der Anlage erbracht.
Stellarator wird eines Tages im Dauerbetrieb laufen!
In den nächsten Jahren soll der Energieumsatz auf 18 Gigajoule gesteigert werden.

Die sog. "Fusionskonstante", die bisher bei 30-50 Jahren lag, ist deutlich kleiner geworden. Ein unglaublicher Durchbruch auf dem Weg zu einer verläßlichen, unerschöpflichen und sauberen Energieversorgung.

Loooking good!
Just found out how to make the #Grafana timeline of our #Wendelstein #Fusion sensor boards look even better.
Now you can see exactly what went wrong when (but sadly not why) by hovering over it, and current errors/states have this beautiful big panel.
Also recently found out that entire Grafana Rows can be repeated...
Only a few tweaks left before this project is ready to be a permanent part of the experiment... Whew <3
