Morrison’s decision to reject PEP11 offshore gas exploration licence off the New South Wales coast is set to be overturned as a result of a challenge to Morrison's multiple ministerial appointments.

A decision on the project will then rest with a joint authority made up of both the Commonwealth and NSW govts.

Voters in #Wentworth are strongly opposed to PEP11.
