It's an interesting read, I didn't know how much influence local policy-makers have. Althouugh I would still not underestimate the will to control everything from the CCP leaders.

What is this acronym #PRATS? Its not something we have heard of.
Yes, a lot of people will tell you that they need #cars to travel to "#theShop", not knowing that #shops were once *much* closer to everyones' homes.
